At Solowear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there is any issue with the product you receive, we are here to help.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if there is a genuine problem with the product (e.g., misprint, damage, wrong size delivered).

Customized products are not returnable or exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or issue from our side.

For eligible returns, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We do not offer full refunds. Any applicable amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping and handling charges.

Exchange is available for size issues on non-customized products.
